Gaurav Ghatnekar
Gaurav completed his diploma in acting at Whistling Woods International.
Born and raised in the suburbs of Mumbai, Gaurav initially didn't know he wanted to be an actor. Through his participation in programmes and competitions, however, he discovered his passion for drama and was wholeheartedly supported by his family.
Work Experience
Gaurav has assumed the lead role in films such as 36 Farmhouse, Marathi films Tujhi Majhi Lovestory; Saangaati; Honeymoon; Radio Nights 6.06 and Kaay Re Rascala.
He also worked on a TV miniseries named Born Warrior.
In addition, he has also featured in various commercials for notable brands such as Surf Excel; Kotak Mahindra; Hindustan Times; Tata Indicom and Docomo amongst others.
Notably, Gaurav has gained experience in the field of theatre through his roles in various plays, namely The Chillar Room, written by Anurag Kashyap under Naseeruddin Shah's Motley Group and The Caine Mutiny Court Marshall directed by Naseeruddin Shah amongst others.
He is also producer of the TV Serial Navagadi Navrajya airing on Zee Marathi and runs a production house Black Coffee Productions.
