SONY MEDIA TECHNOLOGY CENTRE (SMTC) BY SONY CORPORATION
This is Sony’s first and only such facility in India, and third such facility in the world, preceded only by Hollywood and the UK. This has been set by Sony with an objective to encourage the use of Sony digital production technology by providing media professionals with a creative environment for a “hands-on” experience with Sony’s high-end, digital cinematic storytelling tools set up.
YOUTUBE SPACE IN INDIA
YouTube has partnered with us to set up India’s only YouTube Space. Through this collaboration, India's popular up-and-coming YouTube creators, as well as our students, have free access to our studios, high-end audio, visual and editing equipment, in addition to training programs, workshops and community events.

I've learnt so much more here in comparison to what is taught at other animation institute. As we learn animation, we are also taught about all the other aspects of filmmaking! We learn the nuances of lighting in our cinematography classes, understand the finer nuances of creating a character in acting classes; and are introduced to the business aspect of the industry in the producing classes – which gives us a holistic learning experience.
